When he joined Morris Piha Real Estate Services (MPRES) in 1984, Dean assisted Morris Piha in the development, management and leasing of a variety of commercial real estate properties throughout the Puget Sound region. Since then, he has been the company's top producing broker in sales and leasing of commercial properties.

When he joined Morris Piha Real Estate Services (MPRES) in 1984, Dean assisted Morris Piha in the development, management and leasing of a variety of commercial real estate properties throughout the Puget Sound region. Since then, he has been the company's top producing broker in sales and leasing of commercial properties.
In 1995, Dean expanded his scope of commercial brokerage work to include sales and leasing of retail, office, industrial, commercial land and multi-family properties. Dean has participated in several hundred sales and leasing transactions valued in excess of $250 million dollars which have encompassed nearly 3,000,000 square feet of commercial property. He has a strong and long-standing relationship with his many clients. This is a result of putting his clients interest first; giving exceptional service that is competent and friendly, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Dean has a deep understanding of the economics of commercial real estate, and being a Seattle native, he has a unique historical perspective of the various sub-markets and communities in the Puget Sound area.
Membership & Education
Dean attended the University of Washington and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning.
Dean is an Associate Broker, a member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, the Commercial Brokers Association and the Washington State CCIM Chapter. He is a CCIM Designee through the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. Dean is a past President of the Seattle Executives Association (SEA), and is a current member of the SEA Long Range Planning Committee and is Chairman of the Membership Review Committee.
Dean is currently an active member of the Eastside District YMCA Board of Directors and the Eastside District YMCA Facilities Committee.
