Experience
Michael Azose is a Vice President in the brokerage division at Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Inc. and has been with the company since 2003. Since joining the company he has been involved in several aspects of commercial real estate including office, industrial and retail sales and leasing.

Michael has completed over 100 lease and sale transactions totaling over $35,000,000 and 1,000,000 square feet in the representation of several Landlords, Tenants, Corporations and independent buyers in the Western Washington area.

Michael has worked on everything from large industrial parks, to restaurants/bars, commercial office spaces, syndications, development sites and retail stores. He has developed a diverse client list with strong and long lasting relationships and he always brings professionalism, honesty and integrity to every deal he is involved in.

Membership & Education
Michael was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a second generation in the business. He attended University of Washington with a focus in communications.

Michael is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association (CBA), Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors (WSCAR) , National Association of Realtors, National Association of Industrial and Office Planning (NAIOP), Developing Leaders and is a CCIM candidate.
