Michael has completed over 100 lease and sale transactions totaling over $35,000,000 and 1,000,000 square feet in the representation of several Landlords, Tenants, Corporations and independent buyers in the Western Washington area.
Michael has worked on everything from large industrial parks, to restaurants/bars, commercial office spaces, syndications, development sites and retail stores. He has developed a diverse client list with strong and long lasting relationships and he always brings professionalism, honesty and integrity to every deal he is involved in.

Michael was born and raised in the Seattle area and is a second generation in the business. He attended University of Washington with a focus in communications.
