Morris Piha
Chairman
Since 1957, Morris Piha has been involved in all aspects of commercial and investment real estate, including sales, leasing, partnership
syndication, new development rehabilitation, land development and downtown redevelopment. He has been the general or managing partner
in excess of 100 property investments.
Mr. Piha presently serves as Chairman of Morris Piha Real Estate Services. He is actively involved in consulting with owners and clients
and believes "our association with individuals" is the key factor behind the strength and continued growth of the company he founded in 1965.
It is this theory that motivates Morris in his daily commitment to building and maintaining lasting relationships.
Mr. Piha holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation conferred by the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute
(CIREI) of the National Institute of Real Estate Brokers. This designation is awarded to experts in the disciplines of commercial real
estate brokerage, asset management, valuation and investment analysis.
David D. Azose
President
David Azose has been involved in the real estate industry since 1977, having worked in all aspects of commercial real estate including purchasing,
selling, development, redevelopment, syndication, leasing and management.
He has supervised all property management operations for Morris Piha Real Estate Services, and currently oversees a real estate and management
staff which includes property managers, leasing and sales specialists, and a full time secretarial and accounting staff.
Mr. Azose is a member of the Washington State Association of Commercial Realtors and the Apartment Owners Association. He is currently serving
on the Board of CBA (Commercial Brokers Association) and Campfire USA board of directors. He also served a four-year term for the Mercer Island
Planning Commission. In the past he has been honored in the Puget Sound Business Journal for "Who's Who in Commercial Real Estate".
Mr. Azose graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts in Natural Sciences and Education. He holds a Washington State
Real Estate Broker's License and has completed all of the course work for the CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

David Benoliel
Executive Vice President
David Benoliel has been with Morris Piha Real Estate Services since 1971, working on behalf of a variety of commercial and investment clients,
many of whom he continues to serve today. With broad experience in the sales, leasing and management of all types of income producing properties
he is widely respected in the Seattle brokerage community. Included in the partnerships he and Morris Piha have formed are some of the noteworthy
classic apartment buildings located on Seattle's First Hill.
Mr. Benoliel holds a Washington Associate Brokers license and is a member of the Washington State Association of Commercial Realtors.
Patti S. Miller, CPA
Chief Financial Officer
Patti Miller has been with Morris Piha Real Estate Services since 1990. Prior to her employment at Morris Piha Real Estate Services, she was a
senior auditor for Ernst & Young, an international accounting firm. Patti started her career at Morris Piha Real Estate Services as a controller
supervising 12 accountants and was later promoted to Chief Financial Officer.
With the hiring of Gwyn Stobie, Controller, Patti has realigned her responsibilities and is currently the head of the management division.
Patti's financial and supervisory background made the transition very easy. She has experience in preparing property budgets, common area
reconciliations, asset management, risk management, project proformas, construction accounting, and budgets, project financing, and cash flow
analysis. Her responsibilities are to ensure that the property managers are providing excellent service to owners and tenants, the properties
are maintained, and that the terms of the management contracts are adhered to.
Patti graduated Cum Laude from Washington State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with an accounting option. She
has held her Certified Public Accounting Certificate since 1986. In 1997 she began pursuing certification as a Certified Commercial Investment
Member (CCIM), through the Commercial Investment Real Estate Institute. Patti is licensed by the State of Washington as a real estate salesperson.
Dean Allan Altaras

In 1982, his first year with Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Mr. Altaras assisted Morris Piha in the development, management and leasing of
real estate throughout the Puget Sound region. Since then, he has managed and leased the majority of office properties the firm has represented.
He has also been the company's top producing broker in sales and leasing, for both in-house and outside accounts, and in existing tenant lease
extensions and/or expansions.
In recent years, Dean has expanded his scope of commercial brokerage work to include retail, industrial, commercial land and multi-family properties.
He has a strong and long-standing relationship with his many clients. This is a result of putting his client's interest first; giving exceptional
service that is competent and friendly, and maintaining a high standard of professionalism. Dean has a deep understanding of the economics of
commercial real estate, and a unique historical perspective of the various sub-markets and communities in the Puget Sound area.
Dean is an Associate Broker, a member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors, the Commercial Brokers Association and the
Washington State CCIM Chapter. He is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the Commercial
Investment Real Estate Institute.
A Seattle area native, Dean attended the University of Washington and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Urban Planning.
Prior to joining Morris Piha Real Estate Services, Dean was an Associate Land Use Technician with the City of Seattle's Department of Construction
and Land Use.
