About Karen
Karen Stephens joined Morris Piha in 2005 after 16 years of multi-family management and leasing experience, including condominium homeowners' associations. Prior to joining Morris Piha, Karen worked in the Seattle markets with Westlake Associates, and many years with Leavitt Shay/Leavitt Capital managing their multi-family portfolios.

Successfully transferring her experience and background to commercial real estate, Karen now uses her people skills, organizational and problem solving abilities to provide Landlords and tenants with skilled representation. In addition, she is responsible for developing strategies, managing tenant/landlord relations, negotiating renewals and leasing, maximizing the financial performance of each commercial property and the financial reporting to each of her clients.
