Jay's extensive real estate skill-set encompasses a multitude of disciplines including tenant and landlord representation, investment sales, asset management, development, valuation and investment consulting.
Over the years, Jay has represented a wide variety of Landlords and Tenants in all aspects of commercial real estate including retail, office, industrial and multi family. Jay has represented a diverse range of investors, Landlords and Tenants, ranging from institutional multi-national investment firms to local building owners. The majority of Jay's business comes from the satisfaction of past clients and referrals.
Jay is currently a Vice President and a senior member of the firm's brokerage division and is involved in major tenant and landlord assignments throughout the Puget Sound Area.
Memberships & Education
Jay is an Associate Broker, a member of the Washington State Commercial Association of Realtors and the Commercial Brokers Association. Jay also has experience with International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
Jay attended Western Washington University and graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration. He is currently working toward his CCIM designation.
